# Coin Restrictions

## Token Allocation and Restrictions

### Investors

Tokens allocated to investors are restricted for three years. Transfer restrictions are lifted in 24 equal tranches, starting at the end of the 13th month and continuing monthly until the 36th month following the Initial Distribution Date.

### Employees & Core Members

Tokens allocated to employees of io.net Inc. are restricted for four years. Transfer restrictions are lifted in 36 equal tranches, starting at the end of the 13th month and continuing monthly until the 48th month following the Initial Distribution Date.
