What is IO ID?

IO ID is your central hub for managing everything related to the io.net ecosystem. Originally designed to help you track your earnings, expenses, and cryptocurrency withdrawals, IO ID has evolved into a complete platform dashboard where you can view, manage, and explore all your io.net products in one place. Through IO ID, you can:
  • Get a quick overview of your io.net activity and usage.
  • Manage and monitor your deployed clusters.
  • Compare and manage your IO Intelligence plans.
  • Review your usage, billing, and credit history.
  • Access and configure your personal settings and acknowledgements.
When you open IO ID, the Overview tab will be displayed by default. This section helps you understand your current setup and guides you through getting started with io.net.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a quick start into the io.net ecosystem. It provides onboarding guidance, usage summaries, and key information about your account, all in one place.

Getting Started Tasks

Here, you will find a list of tasks that help you set up and begin using io.net products efficiently. Completing these tasks ensures that you can make full use of the available features.

IO Intelligence Plan Usage

This section shows an overview of your current IO Intelligence plan, including how much of your plan has been used and a breakdown of usage per model. It helps you monitor your resource consumption and understand which models contribute most to your plan usage.

IO Credits and Usage

You can view your total IO Credits, remaining balance, and recent transactions.
The credit usage section includes a clear transaction table that lists your credit activities in an easy-to-read format, so you can quickly identify how your credits are being earned and spent.

io.cloud Tab

The io.cloud tab provides a simplified view of the IO Cloud platform, allowing you to manage your clusters without leaving IO ID. It gives you a convenient way to check your active clusters and deploy new ones.

Deploy a Cluster

You can deploy a new compute cluster by clicking the Deploy Cluster button. This will take you to the IO Cloud platform, where you can go through all the configuration steps required to complete your deployment.

Cluster Management Table

This table lists all your deployed clusters along with important details such as cluster name, cluster type, status, device type, and hours served.
You can use filters and sorting options to easily find specific clusters or review deployment information.

io.intelligence Tab

The io.intelligence tab allows you to view and compare all available IO Intelligence plans to help you find the one that best suits your needs.

Plan Comparison

You can explore and compare IO Intelligence plans by reviewing their respective limits, pricing, and key features.

Usage Overview

This section provides details about your plan usage, including the percentage of your quota used, when your usage will reset, and how your consumption is distributed across different models.
It helps you monitor your plan’s performance and manage your resources effectively.

Usage and Billing Tab

The Usage and Billing tab provides an overview of your account’s financial and resource activity. It allows you to monitor how your credits are being used, review your transaction history, and view your earnings and balances across io.net platforms. This section helps you stay informed about your usage and maintain transparency over all your activity. Settings

The Settings tab allows you to:
  1. Use BC8 to generate a profile picture.
  2. Change your account details such as your Full Name and Timezone.
  3. Connect New Wallets for future payments.
  4. Delete your account. To do so, contact technical support from your registered email account and request account deletion.
    This operation is final, your account cannot be restored once it is deleted.

Fees

Certain transactions may include small fees depending on the payment method you choose.

Fiat Payments

All payments made in fiat currency are subject to a 3% payment provider fee.
This applies to all fiat-based transactions, including when you purchase cloud compute or IO Credits.
The fee covers payment processing and transaction facilitation by third-party providers.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made using cryptocurrencies, such as $IO Coin or USDC, do not incur any fees.
You can use these methods to complete transactions or buy IO Credits without additional charges.
